• Zero registration and annual fees will be charged for one (1) year from the date of successful Buyer registration under the festive offer period.
  
  

• 50% discount on transaction fees for all eligible transactions.
  
  

• Access to the largest MSME-seller and financier network on an RBI-licensed platform.
  
  

3. Limitations

• Benefits applicable only for transactions initiated during the campaign period.
  
  

• Non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions.
  
  

• KredX reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer..
  
  

4. Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
  
  

• Comply with all RBI and regulatory requirements on TReDS.
  
  

• Maintain timely payments to ensure timely payment to financiers.
  
  

5. Disclaimer

• KredX DTX is not responsible for delays caused by financiers, banking partners, or system outages.
  
  

• Discounted fees do not guarantee financing; bids depend on financier participation and eligibility.
  
  

6. Governing Law
 Subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
